OPTIMISING HUMAN PERFORMANCE Programmes

OHP-01: Personal Resilient Performance 

A 2-day non-certification course focused on personal development with an option to pursue accreditation later.

OHP-02: Leading Resilient Performance (Accreditation)

A 3-day accreditation course at levels 3, 5, or 7 + an additional 1-day support for workbook submission.

OHP-03: Resilient Retreat (Accreditation)

A unique combination of outdoor adventures with accredited Human Performance Leader training.
