A: No, superhuman fitness is not required. While a base level of fitness can be beneficial for some activities, we tailor the experience to accommodate all fitness levels.

A: Yes, you can still partake in the experience. We adjust roles to ensure your injury isn’t aggravated.

A: The experience is very accessible. We've successfully accommodated participants with various challenges, including double amputees, ensuring accessibility is not a barrier.

A: We cater to all dietary needs with an abundance of comfort food options. If you have specific dietary requirements, we'll ensure they are met.

A: Accommodation is under canvas, blending the adventure of camping with the comfort of glamping. Essential amenities like ablutions are provided.

A: Clothing like what you'd wear for hiking is appropriate. We provide a full kit list and recommend borrowing items you may not have. We would recommend you bring a warm sleeping bag and pillow as well as some ear plugs and a sleeping mask if it’s getting light early.
