Our Connect Interactive Workshop has been designed to help you develop a strong, aligned, and cohesive team. It’s perfect for both established and newly formed teams who want to connect or reconnect with their Purpose, Vision and Mission and energise this by you creating a tailored blueprint for how you want to go to work, operate together, and stay focussed on the things that matter.
There’s definitely a lot to cover in one day. However, you’re not looking to walk away with ‘the’ final plan. What you will leave with is a fantastic framework for further reflection, discussion, and refinement by your team. It will also give you the opportunity to engage with and socialise your discoveries and plan with your wider stakeholders e.g., senior leaders, wider organisation, or the people you will be asking to implement your plan. See the workshop as a fantastic start-point for shaping and building momentum towards a consistently high-performing team.

This is a great opportunity to interact with others to share, seek different perspectives, and stress-test you and your team’s thinking. Don’t worry, we won’t ask you to give away any trade secrets of your business as we are only looking at elements of Teamship. You’ll be able to ‘steal’ (in the nicest possible way!) ideas off other teams, which will only strengthen your own thinking, ideas, and plan further. We always push for a ‘learn fast and share’ environment so be willing to be part of this approach. Plus, it’s great fun meeting new and interesting people!
The approach and energy to really get stuck in. To make any workshop successful, it dodes need you to be up for leaning into the day. If your team can be open and receptive, stay curious and be willing to challenge your own/each other’s thinking, biases, and assumptions then you’ll then put yourselves in a great position to squeeze every ounce of value from your day with us and leave happy and (good) tired that you’ve explored everything fully and made some great discoveries.

Our multi-team workshop is for a maximum of 6 people for each booking, and we have a maximum of 8-teams in any one workshop. If you want to bring a larger contingent, you can make multiple bookings to include your wider team. For our private Connect Interactive Workshops we recommend no more that 30 people in the room to ensure you workshop stays focussed and is delivered within time. However, if you wish to look at more than 30 people to go through our workshop, please do book a call to discuss your needs – we’ll see if we can help.
Our multi-team Connect Interactive Workshop is delivered at our home near Chilmark, located in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. It has a wonderful rustic feel that makes it a great venue to get away from work, digital devices, and human distraction to explore and discover loads of things for your team to take away and work on. If you book a private Connect Interactive Workshop, we can either deliver this at Chilmark or at a location of your choosing and we recommend a location and venue that doesn’t distract you from the day or pull your people back into work ‘stuff’.
